Guestluxify

Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 August 2026

Guestluxify is event seating software. You build a seating plan, and your guests find their table on their phone by searching their name or scanning a QR code. They can also RSVP, see the menu and floor plan, and share photos.

These terms are an agreement between you and Guest Luxify, trading as Guestluxify. By creating an account or using guestluxify.com, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. Who this covers

Two words come up throughout:

  • A host is anyone who creates an account and sets up an event. The couple, the family, the planner, the venue, the agency. Sections 2 to 10 are for you.
  • A guestis anyone who opens an event page to find their seat, RSVP, look at the menu, or share photos. Guests don’t need an account and never pay us. Section 11 is for you.

We don’t sell tickets.Guestluxify isn’t a ticketing platform or a box office, and we never handle money between a host and their guests. If you charge your guests for anything, that’s between you and them.

2. Your account

  • Keep your details accurate and your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
  • If you sign up for a company, venue or agency, you’re confirming you can agree to these terms on their behalf.
  • Don’t share one login between people. Invite them as team members instead. Your tier sets how many team members each event can have.
  • Email us at guestluxify@gmail.com straight away if you think someone else has got into your account.
  • We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, at our discretion and without giving a reason.

3. What we do, and what we don’t

  • We give you the software. We don’t plan, run, staff, insure or attend your event, and we’re not part of any arrangement between you and your guests, venue or suppliers.
  • What you put in is yours to get right. Guest names, table numbers, dietary notes, timings, the seating plan itself. If someone ends up at the wrong table, that came from the plan, not the software.
  • We add and change features over time. If we remove something significant from a tier you’ve already paid for, get in touch and we’ll sort out something fair.

4. Fees

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include any tax that applies unless we say otherwise. Stripe handles payment. Your full card number never reaches us.

Paying per event

  • Creating an event is free. A free event runs at Basic and is limited to 50 guests, without the paid features.
  • Upgrading is a one-time fee for that one event: Bronze RM 49, Silver RM 149, Gold RM 199. Nothing renews. Moving up a tier later costs the difference.
  • An upgrade stays with the event you bought it for. It doesn’t move to another one.

Paying monthly

  • Diamond is RM 699 a month. It covers 5 events at full gold features, with up to 8 team members on each. Extra events beyond that are RM 149 each, one time.
  • It renews automatically every month against your saved card until you cancel. Subscribing is you agreeing to those repeat charges.
  • Cancel any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you’ve already paid for.
  • If a payment fails we keep your plan running for a short while and try again. If it keeps failing, the subscription ends and your account goes back to paying per event.
  • We may change the price. Cancel before the next renewal if it doesn’t suit you.

5. No refunds

  • Fees aren’t refundable. That covers event upgrades, extra event fees and monthly payments. It applies whether or not the event happens, gets postponed, or gets called off, and whether or not you used what you paid for.
  • Cancelling partway through a month doesn’t get you part of that month back.
  • An upgrade unlocks everything straight away, so treat it as final. Compare the tiers before you pay, and ask us if you’re unsure.
  • None of this removes rights you have under Malaysian law that can’t be signed away, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

6. Your content

  • Guest lists, logos, menus, floor plans, photos, event details. All of it stays yours. We don’t claim to own any of it.
  • You let us store and display it only as far as we need to in order to run the service for you: showing a photo in your gallery, making a thumbnail, sending an invitation. That permission ends when you delete the content.
  • You’re confirming you have the right to upload what you upload, that it’s accurate, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights or break the law.
  • A guest list is personal data about real people.Getting their names, numbers, emails and dietary notes into our system is something you need a proper reason to do, and you should tell them how it’ll be used. See the Privacy Policy.
  • We don’t check content before it appears. We can remove anything unlawful or abusive, and switch off photo uploads on an event being misused.
  • Keep your own copies of anything you’d hate to lose. We’re not a backup service.

7. Guest photos

  • Where your tier includes the gallery, guests can upload photos from the event page. You choose whether they appear straight away or wait for your approval.
  • What ends up in your gallery is your call. Approve carefully, especially where children are in the photos.
  • Uploads have a size limit and only certain image formats work. We can remove any file.

8. How long we keep your event

  • On Silver and Gold, the photo gallery stays up for one monthafter your event date. After that it’s deleted for good.
  • Download anything you want to keep before then.Once it’s gone we can’t bring it back.
  • You can delete an event, a guest or a photo yourself whenever you like. That’s also permanent.
  • We may clear out data from accounts that have been closed or unused for a long time.

9. What you must not do

Don’t use Guestluxify to:

  • break the law, or help someone else break it
  • post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene or defamatory, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights
  • send unwanted marketing, or upload a list of people who never agreed to hear from you about the event
  • pretend to be someone else, or set up an event you have no right to run
  • scrape, overload or interfere with the service, or go looking for data that isn’t yours
  • resell it or put your own brand on it, unless your plan says you can

10. Availability and liability

  • Guestluxify is provided as is, without warranties.
  • We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service.
  • If we do end up owing you something over an event, it’s capped at what you actually paid us for that event, or RM 100 if the event was free.
  • Nothing here limits liability that the law says can’t be limited, such as fraud, or death or injury caused by negligence.
  • If someone brings a claim against us because of your content or your event, you’ll cover us for it.

11. If you’re a guest

This part is for people attending an event, not running one.

  • Event pages are free to use. No account, and we never charge you.
  • The page belongs to whoever is hosting. The guest list, seating, timings, menu and photos are theirs, mistakes included. Anything about the event or your seat is best raised with them.
  • Your details came from the host so they could seat you. To have something corrected or removed, ask the host, or contact us and we’ll pass it on.
  • If you upload a photo, you’re confirming it’s yours to share and the people in it are happy for it to be there. Anyone with the event link can see it.
  • The gallery is temporary. Save anything you want to keep.

12. Closing your account

  • You can close your account from your profile whenever you want.
  • Closing it deletes your events, guest lists and photos for good, and cancels any subscription. It doesn’t refund anything already paid.
  • The parts of these terms that should outlast the account carry on applying: fees owed, promises about your content, liability, and governing law.

13. Services we rely on

Running Guestluxify takes other companies: Stripe for payments, plus providers for hosting, file storage and email. How they handle data is covered by their own terms. If one of them goes down we’ll do what we reasonably can, but we’re not responsible for their failures.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time, without telling you first. The date at the top shows when this page last changed, so check back now and then. Carrying on using Guestluxify means you accept the current version.

15. Governing law

Malaysian law applies, and the Malaysian courts deal with any dispute. Email us first at guestluxify@gmail.com. Almost everything is quicker to fix that way.

16. Odds and ends

  • If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
  • Not enforcing something right away doesn’t mean we’ve given up the right to enforce it later.
  • You can’t transfer your rights under these terms without our say so. We can transfer ours if the business is sold.
  • These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us.
